Shipping policy

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom Services / Made-to-Order: Items requiring custom work, modifications, or specialized finishes require 3 to 4 business weeks processing time before shipment.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Domestic Delivery

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $7.90 / Calculated at checkout via USPS/UPS (3–5 business days).

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Requirements & Tracking

Signature Required: High-value items or restricted products may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details are sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier status updates.

Restricted Items & Legal Compliance

We ship strictly in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Certain items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or specific states/jurisdictions due to local regulations. If an order cannot be legally fulfilled, it will be canceled and refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 5 days with photos of the damaged item and original packaging.

Lost / Unclaimed Packages: Rodz Armory LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your address at checkout.
